Prof. (Dr.) V.K. Jain has over 31 years of research and postgraduate teaching experience. He has guided 22 Ph.D. and five M.Phil. students and published over 100 research articles with 3,365 citations, an h-index of 31, and an i10 index of 79. He has held key positions, including Director of the Centre of Excellence in Climate Change at Gujarat University and Advisor to the University of Ladakh. He has published more than 250 research papers and guided numerous doctoral scholars. Prof. Mehta has been associated with prestigious national and international institutions and is a recipient of several awards for his scientific contributions. Dr. K. Ravindranath

Dr. K. Ravindranath is a former Chief Scientist and Chairman at CSIR-Indian Institute of Chemical Technology, Hyderabad, with over 35 years of experience in process development, automation, and technology transfer for industrial and government-aided projects. Specializing in process instrumentation and plant automation, he has led numerous multidisciplinary projects from lab to commercial scale, including Hydrazine Hydrate, Biodiesel, and Biomass-to-Ethanol technologies. He has also contributed significantly to HR training and international collaborations. Recipient of prestigious awards including FICCI and CSIR Technology Awards, he continues to support the chemical industry with his expertise and guidance.
Dr. G. V. M. Sharma

Dr. G. V. Madhava Sharma a former Chief Scientist at CSIR-IICT, Hyderabad. With over 45 years of experience in organic synthesis, he has collaborated nationally and internationally in drug discovery, bio-based chemicals, and chemical safety. He has guided 52 Ph.D. scholars, published 233 research papers, and holds 15 patents. An awardee of several national honors, he played a key role in organizing Indo-US workshops on Chemical Security and is a Fellow of renowned academies including RSC (UK), NASI, and TASS. His contributions continue to impact science, safety, and sustainable development.
Dr. S. Prabhakar

Dr. S. Prabhakar is a Senior Principal Scientist and Chair of the Analytical Department at CSIR-Indian Institute of Chemical Technology (IICT), Hyderabad. With over 25 years of expertise in mass spectrometry and analytical chemistry, he has authored more than 165 research papers and supervised 13 Ph.D. scholars. His work spans structural analysis of pharmaceuticals, biomolecules, and toxicants, with applications in both basic and applied research. A recipient of several national awards, Dr. Prabhakar also serves as a GLP Inspector, NABL Assessor, and Faculty at AcSIR. He is currently Joint Secretary of the National Association for Chemical Security (NACS).
Dr. M. Suriyananarayanan

Dr. M. Surianarayanan, a former Senior Principal Scientist and Head at CSIR-CLRI, has over four decades of experience in chemical process safety, thermokinetics, and occupational health. A fellow of the Madras Science Foundation, he has worked extensively in risk analysis and served on government committees for accident investigations. He has also undertaken postdoctoral research in Japan and contributed to national safety standards through BIS. An academic guide and educator, he has developed safety engineering curricula and delivered lectures nationwide. Dr. Surianarayanan continues to contribute as a reviewer, editorial board member, and active participant in safety and chemical security initiatives.
Dr. Manthan Panchal

Dr. Manthan K. Panchal is Head of Institute and Dean of Research at Silver Oak Institute of Science. A Ph.D. in Chemistry from Gujarat University, his expertise lies in supramolecular chemistry, nanotechnology, and molecular docking. He has guided over 80 MSc dissertations and currently supervises four Ph.D. scholars. A CSIR Post-Doctoral Fellow (2019–2021), he has published 43 research papers with an H-index of 18. He is also a recipient of UGC-BSR Fellowships and holds leadership roles in IQAC and IPR at his institute.
