Dr. R. Narayanan is a former OPCW official with over 37 years of experience in chemical safety, security, and international inspections. He currently serves as Advisor to the Indian Chemical Council and oversees the implementation of the Chemical Weapons Convention in India. A recipient of recognition during OPCW’s Nobel Peace Prize in 2013, he has worked globally with governments and industries, conducted audits, and promoted chemical safety. He is also a subject matter expert, lecturer, and advocate for sustainability and peaceful applications of chemistry.

Dr. M.R.V.S. Murty

Dr. M.R.V.S. Murty is an accomplished analytical chemist with over two decades of expertise in mass spectrometry, chromatography, and chemical weapons analysis. A former Senior Chemist and Consultant at OPCW, Netherlands, he played a pivotal role in developing international designated laboratories under the CWC. He is proficient in APIs synthesis, quality control, project management, and is a certified data scientist. Dr. Murty has received multiple awards for his contributions to chemical security and has published extensively. He also serves as an internal auditor for ISO accreditations and has trained global professionals in analytical sciences.

Prof. (Dr.) Rakesh Kumar Mahajan is a distinguished academician and administrator, served as the Vice-Chancellor of DAV University, Jalandhar. He previously held several key positions at Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar, including Head of the Chemistry Department, Dean of the Faculty of Science, and Coordinator of the University-Industry Linkage Programme. With specialization in physical, analytical, and environmental chemistry, his research focuses on chemical sensors, colloids, and electroanalytical methods. He has guided 30 research scholars and contributed extensively to the field of chemistry through research and academic leadership.

Prof. Ch. Rama Krishna is a Distinguished Professor at GITAM Deemed to be University, Visakhapatnam, with over 25 years of experience in geosciences, water resource management, and environmental studies. He has held several senior administrative positions and led national-level projects funded by DST, UGC, ICMR, and others. He has guided multiple Ph.D. scholars, published over 65 research papers, authored books, and played a key role in NAAC accreditation and institutional development. Mr. Vijayinder Singh Rathore is a seasoned security professional with over 22 years of experience in security, risk management, and emergency response across Fortune Global 500 companies in the petrochemical, refinery, and oil & gas sectors. He has led the design and implementation of security infrastructure, access control, and surveillance systems, including for India’s largest grassroots refinery. A certified ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 auditor and Port Facility Security Officer, he is skilled in risk assessments and security audits. Mr. Rathore has managed high-profile assignments, including major project access control for over 100,000 people and VIP visits with stringent protocols.

Dr. Prakash Kumar is a renowned expert in physical chemistry with over 30 years of R&D experience in catalysis and adsorptive separations. He has held senior leadership roles at Reliance Industries Ltd. (formerly IPCL), including Head of the Adsorption Division and Assistant Vice President (R&D). Currently serving as CEO of Adsorption Technologies, he has made significant contributions in gas separation technologies and process innovation. A former visiting scientist at Korea Institute of Energy Research, Dr. Kumar has received prestigious fellowships from CSIR and UGC. He holds a Ph.D. from M.D. University, Rohtak, and has extensive global research exposure.
